Parush Mann, an affordable Canadian immigration lawyer, is dedicated to finding optimal solutions for each client, regardless of the complexity of their personal and economic circumstances.
As a first-generation immigrant to Canada, Parush has firsthand experience with the complexities of navigating the Canadian immigration system. This background fuels his strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining open communication between lawyer and client. His goal is to bring peace of mind to clients as he guides them through their unique legal challenges.
An active member of the Law Society of Ontario, Parush began his career as an articling student with North Peel and Dufferin Community Legal Services. After successfully completing his articles, he joined the legal aid clinic as a staff lawyer, where he helped expand their immigration practice and contributed to community development and public legal education. He currently serves on the board of directors for the legal aid clinic.
With over a decade of legal experience, Parush has assisted hundreds of immigration clients and gained extensive courtroom experience, appearing before the Provincial Court, Superior Court, and the Federal Court of Canada. He also regularly appears before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
Parush Mann is a dedicated advocate for immigrants’ rights, with notable successes in the Federal Court of Canada, including cases such as Austin v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration) 2018 FC 1277 and Kadye v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration) 2022 FC 865, as well as victories at the Immigration Refugee Board.
Parush holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Victoria University of Wellington, a Bachelor of Administrative Studies (Specialized Honours in Finance) from York University, and has completed courses towards a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree at Osgoode Hall Law School. Having lived in India, England, New Zealand, and now Canada, Parush is multilingual, speaking English, Hindi, and Punjabi. In his spare time, he enjoys making pizza and playing with his children.
